Turkish Vice President Fuat Oktay has stormed out of an international conference on Libya organized in Italy over what he described as "attempts to keep Turkey out of the process" in the northern African country.
Trial over explosives shipment to start on Tuesday
The trial concerning the Andromeda, a Tanzania-flagged cargo ship that was intercepted off the coast of Crete in January carrying 410 tons of explosives and suspected to be headed to Islamist militants in Libya, is set to begin in the port city of Piraeus on Tuesday.

800 Migrants Storm Fences to Enter Spanish Enclave in Africa
MADRID (AP) — Around 800 migrants stormed border fences separating Spain's North African enclave of Ceuta from Morocco to get into Europe, police said Thursday.
Spain's Civil Guard said 602 migrants made it onto Spanish soil in a massive assault on high, barbed-wire fences shortly after dawn.

Libya rejects EU plans for migrant centers on its territory
Libya rejects a European Union's plan to establish migrant centers there to stop asylum seekers arriving in western Europe and it will not be swayed by financial inducements, Prime Minister Fayez al-Sarraj said.
