Ivanovic and four more Serbs plead not guilty
KOSOVSKA MITROVICA - Leader of the Citizens' Initiative 'Freedom, Democracy, Justice' (SDP) Oliver Ivanovic and four more Serbs charged with grave crimes committed against ethnic Albanians in 1999 and 2000 pleaded not guilty at the trial which began in the Kosovska Mitrovica Basic Court on Thursday.

KOSOVSKA MITROVICA - The former town hall building in North Kosovska Mitrovica, where are now civil protection premises, came under attack twice on Sunday evening.
Serbian flag burnt in Kosovska Mitrovica
KOSOVSKA MITROVICA - Unidentified persons burnt the flag of the Republic of Serbia, which was flying on the building of payment operations service in Kosovska Mitrovica, on the night between Wednesday and Thursday.
The incident occurred in one of the main streets in Kosovska Mitrovica, and the burnt flag could be seen on the site early on Thursday.

Indictments against 5 Serbs
KOSOVSKA MITROVICA - An indictment by the Kosovo Special Prosecutor's Office against five Serbs lists a war crime committed during the war in Kosovo, in April 1999, and aggravated murder of ethnic Albanians in February 2000.
The accused pleaded not guilty on all counts at the first hearing on Tuesday.

First hearing in case against five Serbs to be held Tuesday
KOSOVSKA MITROVICA - The first hearing in the case against leader of the Citizens' Initiative “Freedom, Democracy, Justice” (GI SDP) Oliver Ivanovic and four other Serbs suspected of committing war crimes and aggravated murder will be held at the Basic Court in Kosovska Mitrovica on Tuesday, EULEX spokeswoman Dragana Nikolic-Solomon said Monday.

Ksenija Bozovic, President of the local assembly in North Mitrovica, has accused Kosovo's Environment Minister, Dardan Gashi, of further raising tensions in the already tense north after Gashi on Tuesday threatened to demolish all newly erected monuments by both Kosovo Serbs and Albanians in Mitrovica.
