Djuric: Community of Serb Municipalities will be formed
KOSOVSKA MITROVICA - The head of the Serbian government Office for Kosovo-Metohija Marko Djuric has said he had lost faith in Pristina's readiness to work on implementation of the Brussels agreements, but added he was convinced the Community of Serb Municipalities would be formed after all.
Djuric: Oliver Ivanovic is "the last political prisoner in Europe"
Serbia is asking that Oliver Ivanovic is set free "instantly and completely," Office for Kosovo and Metohija Director Marko Djuric said on Wednesday.
In a statement for Tanjug, Djuric described the Serb politician from northern Kosovo as "the last political prisoner in Europe."
Works start on retaining structure in North Mitrovica
Vucic: Agreement on wall same as it was on December 8
BELGRADE - The December 8 agreement on the Kosovska Mitrovica wall is the same as the one that has now been implemented, Serbian PM Aleksandar Vucic said Monday.
Construction of a complex with all the details needed by North Mitrovica Serbs will start on Tuesday, pursuant to the agreement, Vucic told reporters in Belgrade.

Kosovo Demolishes Controversial Serb-Built Wall
The demolition of the contested two-metre-high concrete wall near the bridge across the Ibar River in North Mitrovica took place on Sunday without incident, although police were in attendance to ensure order.

Kosovo Hesitates to Demolish Serb Wall In North
Kosovo government officials have yet to explain what they plan to do with the two-metre-high wall that Kosovo Serbs have erected on the northern side of the Ibar river in the divided northern town of Mitrovica.
A resolution issued by the Kosovo parliament on December 23 ordered "the demolition of the illegal wall in the northern part of Mitrovica to happen within January 2017".
