Bulgaria: Domuschievi Brothers Sold NOVA TV to Vivacom Owner – United Group
United Group, a leading provider of telecommunications services in Southeastern Europe, officially announced that an agreement has been reached for the purchase of the largest Bulgarian multiplatform media company Nova Broadcasting Group from Advance Media Group. The deal is expected to be closed in early 2021 once all necessary regulatory approvals are obtained.

Greek telecommunications and pay-TV provider Forthnet has officially become part of United Group, the leading provider of telecommunications services and media in Southeast Europe.

42,000 Buildings in Bulgaria Need Renovation
Tens of thousands of buildings in our country need to be renovated and the state will look for new ways to fund it. Among the suggestions are the people who have the opportunity and means to participate with co-financing.
