Borrell: A Nuclear Attack on Ukraine would have a Response that would Destroy the Russian Army
The High Representative of the European Union for foreign policy and security, Josep Borrell, issued a specific threat against Russia in the event that it uses nuclear weapons against Ukraine, reported AFP.

He said that "we have to speak with caution" about such issues.
"We must speak with caution when we comment on such issues," Macron told reporters at the end of the European Union summit, Reuters reported.

"We haven't been faced with the prospect of an apocalypse since Kennedy and the Cuban Missile Crisis in 1962," Biden said in New York, assessing that his Russian colleague Vladimir Putin "isn't kidding" when he makes those threats.

"Putin is defeated"
Speaking to Sky News, Voyger said recent Russian missile attacks on targets in Ukraine showed Putin was "running out of options".
"He's being humiliated on the ground. He hasn't taken as much ground as he'd hoped and he's even considering some nuclear options at the end. He's threatening the West and Ukraine with a potential attack.
