Former US President Barack Obama has briefly returned to the White House for the first time since the end of his 2017 term.
He highlighted the benefits of the health care law he signed and backed his friend and former power partner Joe Biden ahead of the November by-elections.

Former U.S. President Barack Obama shared his visit to Istanbul during his presidency while addressing younger generations in his speech at the online program "Reshape Virtual Summit 2021."
"I visited Istanbul (largest metropolitan city of Turkey) on my first trip abroad as the president, and it was wonderful. It is an extraordinary country with extraordinary people," Obama said.

Paralyzed dog getting help from animal lovers
A stray dog whose back legs were paralyzed after he was hit by a car could eventually walk again thanks to the efforts of a good Samaritan in Central Anatolia.
Mehmet Köksal, who feeds stray animals in his neighborhood every day, devised a makeshift cart from a shopping trolley for the dog, which was hit by a car in Kırıkkale.

U.S. President Barack Obama held his last press conference at the White House on Jan. 18, with President-elect Donald Trump waiting to be inaugurated as the 45th president of the United States on Jan. 20.

President Obama’s dog, Sunny, bit a White House guest in the face on Monday. The 18-year-old woman went in to pet and kiss the 4-year-old Portuguese water dog, which Sunny apparently wasn’t in the mood for, and responded by biting her, according to TMZ, who said the victim is a family friend of the Obamas. Obamas’ physician, Dr. Ronny Jackson, examined her and decided she needed stitches.
