It will be mostly sunny today, with temporary increase in clouds, more considerably in the afternoon.

The winds will be light, or light to moderate in the Danubian Plain and eastern Bulgaria, blowing from the east. Maximum temperatures will range between 14C and 19C, in Sofia around 14C.

Today, the clouds will start to break from the north and will clear to some sunny spells in the afternoon across most of the country.

A Code Yellow warning for rough seas has been issued for three coastal regions, the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (NIMH) said on its website.
The warning is in place for the coastal areas of Burgas, Varna and Dobrich.
Sea state expected around code 4; in bays -- code 3.

Mostly cloudy weather is expected today, with occasional cloud breaks over the northeast. In places, mainly in the southwestern part of the country, it will rain; in higher fields - a mix of snow and rain is expected. Moderate, or occasionally strong wind in the Danubian Plain and eastern Bulgaria, will continue to blow from the northeast.
