Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev Arrives in Bulgaria on March 4th

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev will be on an official visit to Bulgaria on March 4-5 at the invitation of his Bulgarian counterpart Boyko Borisov, the government information service announced on Monday.

The visit will begin a day after Bulgaria's National Holiday - March 3rd.

First Meeting of the European Commissioners in the National Palace of Culture

The Collegium of European Commissioners and the Ministers of the Bulgarian Government will meet for the first time together in the National Palace of Culture in Sofia today. They will hold in parallel three cluster meetings on topics related to the priorities of the Bulgarian presidency and the European agenda, BNT announced.

Prime Minister Boyko Borisov Will be on a Working Visit to London Today

Prime Minister Boyko Borisov will be on a working visit to London at the invitation of British Prime Minister Teresa May on December 11th, reported BGNES.

Borisov and May will discuss the possibilities for wider cooperation between the two countries in the field of security and management of migration flows.

Bulgarian National Assembly Votes Third Boyko Borisov Government into Office

The Bulgarian National Assembly has elected GERB leader Boyko Borisov for Prime Minister of Bulgaria and accepted the structure and composition of the new coalition cabinet proposed by him, BNR reported.

Out of the 233 MPs who took part in the voting, 134 MPs from GERB, United Patriots Coalition, Volya and an independent MP voted in favour of the new cabinet.
