Lukoil Bulgaria Refinery to Get Fined over Air Pollution
Lukoil Neftochim, a Burgas-based oil refinery, will be slapped with a fine for contaminating the city's air with hydrogen sulfide, Environment Minister Ivelina Vasileva has said.
Vasileva has told the Bulgarian National Television the official announcement is to come from local authorities later on Friday.

Star Refinery online by March 2018: Socar Turkey chief
The Star Refinery, the first oil refinery project in Turkey since 1975, will be online by March 2018, a $5.6 billion investment that will help decrease the country's current account gap by $2.5 billion annually, cutting Turkey's dependence on imported refined oil products, said the SOCAR Turkey CEO and board member of Petkim Petrochemical Holding, Kenan Yavuz.
Kazakhstan Bans Petrol, Diesel Imports from Russia for 45 Days
Kazakhstan on Thursday temporarily banned imports of cheap Russian diesel fuel and petrol to avert surplus and keep its own oil refineries running.
According to Deputy Minister for Energy Magzum Mirzagaliyev, the ban will be in force for the next 45 days.
