2 Turkish soldiers killed in terror attack in N Syria
At least two Turkish soldiers were killed and two injured when terrorists attacked an armored vehicle carrying troops in northern Syria, according to a statement late on July 24.
Turkey neutralizes 3 PKK/YPG terrorists in northern Syria
Turkish security forces neutralized at least three YPG/PKK terrorists in northern Syria, near the Turkish border, who were preparing an attack, the Turkish National Defense Ministry said on June 27.
Turkish commandos neutralized two terrorists in the Operation Peace Spring region and another in the Operation Euphrates Shield area, the ministry said on Twitter.
Turkish foreign minister meets Canadian, Lithuanian counterparts
The Turkish foreign minister on June 27 met his Canadian and Lithuanian counterparts separately in Rome.
"Met with the Foreign Ministers of Canada and Lithuania, Marc Garneau and Gabrielius Landsbergis in Rome, where we came to attend the Meeting of the Global Coalition to Defeat ISIL and the Ministerial with limited participation on Syria," Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu said on Twitter.
FM Çavuşoğlu to attend anti-ISIL coalition meeting
Turkey's foreign minister is set to attend a meeting of an international coalition against ISIL terrorist group in Italy on June 28.
"Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, Minister of Foreign Affairs will participate in the Ministerial Meeting of the Global Coalition to Defeat DAESH which will be held in Rome on 28 June 2021, co-hosted by Italy and the U.S.," said a Turkish Foreign Ministry statement.

Turkey hits YPG/PKK targets in Tal Rifat, Syria
In the wake of a deadly terror attack on a hospital, Turkey on June 13 hit YPG/PKK terror targets in Syria's Tal Rifat region and neutralized many terrorists, according to security sources.
Saturday's hospital attack originated from terrorists in Tal Rifat.

Turkey secured most of lands bordering Syria: Erdoğan
Turkey has secured most of the areas in Syria near the Turkish border, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said on June 11.

Turkey neutralizes PKK's ringleader
Turkish security forces have killed an alleged high-ranking PKK terrorist in an operation in northern Iraq, Turkey's president said on May 17.
Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said after a Cabinet meeting that the slain terrorist was responsible for the Syria operations of the outlawed PKK.
He identified him by his codename, Sofi Nurettin, and said he was a Syrian national.
