Bulgaria has maintained its Rating in the Latest Edition of the Wealth of Nations Index
The Wealth of Nations Index is an innovative measure of economic development created by the Warsaw Enterprise Institute. Out of 38 classified countries (EU+OECD), Bulgaria ranks 36th. This is a rise of one notch compared to the previous edition. Ireland along with Switzerland and the United States are the top 3 countries on WNI.

Trade unionists urge participation in May Day rallies
The country's largest trade union federation has called for mass participation in May Day rallies on Monday across the country.
The General Confederation of Workers in Greece (GSEE), which represents private-sector workers, said it would assemble at 11 a.m. at Klathmonos Square in central Athens.
More than 7,000 Bulgarians want the State to Register them as Gambling Vulnerable
Nearly 7,200 Bulgarians have applied for entry into the register of gambling-vulnerable persons from mid-December 2022 until now, reports the National Revenue Agency (NRA). The register is not public. A limited number of employees designated by the head of the NRA and gambling operators have access to it.
