Ex-military intel chief heads Kosovo talks coordination
BELGRADE -- The Serbian government has appointed Dragan Vladisavljevic as acting director of the Office for Coordination Affairs in the negotiating process with Pristina.
Vladisavljevic was appointed on March 16, while the decision to set up the office was made on March 5.

Kosovo Serb MPs to Consult Belgrade Before Quitting
Members of Srpska List, the Serbian party in the Kosovo government, are to consult with Serbian government officials later this week and discuss whether to continue to participate in Kosovo government institutions.
The politicians, who make no secret of their close links to Belgrade, will make their minds up only after consultations with the Serbian Prime Minister, Aleksandar Vucic.

Kosovo's Minister of Trade and Industry, Hykmete Bajrami, has said that Kosovo is experiencing a fall in direct foreign investment, FDI.
This drop is down to an unfavourable investment environment and lingering administrative barriers that deter foreign investors, according to the minister.
