Djuric receives Hungarian ambassador
BELGRADE - Serbian FM Marko Djuric received Hungarian Ambassador to Belgrade Jozsef Magyar on Thursday to discuss the current political situation in the region and Europe.
The parties exchanged views on the preliminary results of the recent European Parliament elections and potential directions of the European policy in the coming period, the Serbian MFA said in a statement.

Djuric meets with Szijjarto in Budapest
BUDAPEST - Serbian FM Marko Djuric, who is visiting Hungary on his first bilateral trip abroad, met with Hungarian counterpart Peter Szijjarto in Budapest on Friday afternoon.
Thanking Szijjarto for Hungary's positions on the so-called Kosovo's Council of Europe (CoE) membership bid and a resolution on Srebrenica, Djuric said Hungary would always have Serbia's support.

Dacic receives holiday greetings from Hungary's Szijjarto
BELGRADE - Serbian First Deputy PM and FM Ivica Dacic received a New Year's greeting card from Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Peter Szijjarto on Wednesday.
Szijjarto wished Dacic a merry Christmas and a happy New Year, the Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement.

Hungary ready to lift objection to Bulgaria’s Schengen entry
Hungary will lift its objection to Bulgaria joining Europe's passport-free Schengen zone after the Bulgarian parliament formally confirms its scrapping of an extra tax on Russian gas shipments, Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto has said.
"I was informed by my Bulgarian colleague that yesterday the Bulgarian parliament scrapped this law," Szijjarto said in a video on his Facebook page.

GENEVA - Serbian FM Ivica Dacic said in Geneva on Monday evening his Hungarian counterpart Peter Szijjarto had conveyed to him a message from PM Viktor Orban that there were growing demands from those supporting Pristina's calls for imposing sanctions against Serbia but that Hungary would definitely not allow that to happen.
