Kosovo Delays Demarcation Vote Once Again
The Kosovo Assembly on Wednesday again failed to proceed to a vote on the controversial border agreement with Montenegro after the government failed to stack up the necessary numbers.
The vote was postponed for "another day", which the presidency of the assembly will set in the days to come.

Kosovo Stalls Again on Montenegro Border Vote
Kosovo MPs have again postoned a decision on whether or not to ratify a vexed border demarcation agreement with Montenegro, set for Thursday.
The vote failed as a result of the decision of the government to turn the vote into a package, by including two additional documents.

Kosovo Parliament to Vote on Border Demarcation with Montenegro
Following a meeting of the Kosovo government on Tuesday in which the cabinet amended the draft law on the border demarcation agreement with Montenegro, Kosovo's Prime Minister, Ramush Haradinaj, said he will request for parliament to vote on the controversial issue on Thursday.
Kosovo, Montenegro to Form Joint Border Commission
The President of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci, on Friday, issued a joint statement with the President of Montenegro, Filip Vujanovic, about the controversial issue of marking the border, saying the two states had agreed to work together on identifying points of dispute.

Border Dispute Clouds Montenegrin PM's Kosovo Visit
Montenegrin Prime Minister Dusko Markovic will pay an official visit to Kosovo on Tuesday, despite Kosovo's failure to set a day for its MPs to vote on a long-awaited demarcation agreement between the two countries.
Kosovo's government confirmed that "all topics of mutual interest between two countries will be discussed" during Markovic's visit.

Tanjug carried this report on Thursday, citing the Pristina-based, Albanian language website Gazeta Express.
"The Special Court cannot be abolished and will not be abolished, this is the attitude of the state, not an opinion," Thaci told a press conference on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the unilateral declaration of Kosovo's independence.
