The Republika Srpska parliament, a Bosnian Serb-dominated part of Bosnia and Herzegovina, is preparing to discuss a declaration that has exacerbated tensions in the country and heightened fears of disintegration and has brought back memories of ethnic violence a quarter of a century ago.
Dodik clearly: "It can't be done anymore"
As he said, there are mechanisms to prevent such elections.
"We do not know how the opposition in Srpska will act, but we know that if a foreign factor interferes in the work of the CEC, we will not participate in the election process," Dodik said in an interview with RTRS.

Croatian politician defends Dodik: "It's not him"
He pointed out that there are many sources of misunderstanding in Bosnia-Herzegovina and that relations must be considered in more detail.
"When it comes to Mr Dodik, his unusual expression, someone may like it or not, but he is supported by the largest number of representatives of the Serb people in Bosnia-Herzegovina," Covic told HRT, as reported by Srna.
