First Measles Case in Child in Plovdiv Region

The earthquake is felt at 3.17 am this night with an epicenter southwest of Chirpan, north of Parvomay, between the villages of Plodovitovo and Gradina, with a depth of 5.9 km, the Geophysical Institute of BAS has stated.

Road Junction 'Plodovitovo' is Now Open

The movement on the two newly built additional links on the road junction "Plodovitovo" on Trakia motorway will be launched today, reported bTV.

The Existence of Uranium Was Found in Parvomai

The existence of natural uranium was found during a routine check in two of the 13 wells in Parvomai, Southern Bulgaria - part of Plovdiv Province, near the village of Karadzhalovo, according to BGNES.

The samples were taken on April 13, BNR announced and the water from the wells is stopped.

There is no danger for the population in the region.

Bulgarian Cabinet Allocates BGN 208 M to Vital Railway Projects

At its regular meeting on Wednesday, the Bulgarian government approved the allocation of up to BGN 208 M for the completion of ten vital railway projects.

The funds will be transferred from the central budget to that of the transport ministry, the government's press service informs.
