OMV selling off service stations in Slovenia
Ljubljana – The Austrian energy group OMV has decided to sell off its 120 petrol stations in Slovenia as part of an ongoing EUR 2 billion divestment programme, the group announced on Thursday. In Slovenia, the group operates filling stations under the brands OMV, Eurotruck, Avanti and Diskont.

Ahter Kutadgu, the deputy president of Do?an Holding responsible for corporate communication, has slammed false reports on several media outlets which continue to smear the company over unfounded claims over Petrol Ofisi.

Ayd?n Do?an, the honorary chairman of the Do?an Group, and Ersin Özince, the head of the ?? Bank executive committee, have allegedly formed an "organized crime body" to carry out certain operations of Petrol Ofisi, a fuel distributor once owned by Do?an Holding before all of its shares were sold to Austria's OMV in 2010.
