Energean looking to increase capacity in Israel
Gas producer Energean is looking at options to increase the capacity of its floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel off Israel to 12 billion cubic meters (bcm) a year, CEO Mathios Rigas told Reuters on Thursday.

Turkey to host summit of gas buyers, sellers next month
Turkey will hold a natural gas summit on February 14-15 to bring together gas supplier countries and Europe's consumer countries in Istanbul, Turkish Energy Minister Fatih Donmez said on Monday.
"We will bring together supplier countries from the Middle East, Mediterranean, Caspian and Middle Asia with consumer countries from Europe," Donmez said.
Gas consumption drops in Greece in December
Natural gas consumption decreased in December in Greece, falling to 5.05 terawatt-hours, or the second lowest level for the corresponding month in the last six years, after December 2019.
At the same time, consumption for the entire year reached 56.5 TWh, reduced by 19.2% compared to 2021.
