Vaccination campaign/39,376 persons immunised in past 24 hours

The National Committee for Vaccination against COVID (CNCAV) informs that, in the past 24 hours, 39,376 doses of vaccine were administered, of which 35,756 doses of Pfizer and 3,620 doses of Moderna, according to data made available by INSP (Public Health Inspectorate) through the National Electronic Vaccination Registry application.

Another Shipment of AstraZeneca Vaccine Arrived in Sofia

 

Today, 31,200 doses of AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine arrived at the BulBio warehouse in Sofia, the health ministry reported.

They will be distributed among the regional health inspectorates in the country. This is a second shipment of the vaccine. The first shipment of 28,800 doses arrived on February 6.

U.S. President Joe Biden announced plans to vaccinate most Americans by the end of July with the help of 200 million newly acquired doses, as the country's inoculation campaign kicked off a new phase in drugstores and supermarket pharmacies, some of which will offer shots as of Feb. 12. 

COVID-19 vaccination campaign: 40,812 people immunised in last 24 hours

Romania's National COVID-19 Vaccination Coordination Committee (CNCAV) has reported that in the last 24 hours, 40,812 doses of vaccine were administered nationwide, of which 36,763 doses of the Pfizer vaccine and 4,049 doses of the Moderna vaccine, according to data provided on Tuesday by the National Public Health Institute (INSP) on the National Electronic Register of Vaccinations application

More than 1.500 newly infected, 14 people died

In the last 24 hours, 7.510 samples were tested, and a total of 2.693.265 since the outbreak of the epidemic.
Currently, 3.877 people are hospitalized, and there are 135 patients on the respirator.
So far, 4.126 people have died in Serbia, death rate amounting to 1.01 percent.

Turkey reports 25,528 new coronavirus cases, 229 more deaths

Turkey's confirmed cases of the coronavirus increased by 25,528 in the past 24 hours, and 229 more people have died, the Health Ministry announced on Oct. 28.

The ministry's infographic said that some 27,651 patients recovered in the last 24 hours.

It also added that 354,580 tests were conducted over the past day.
