Thanks to the locally produced fresh ingredients, the traditional pies that originate from the Greek islands or the towns and villages of the Greek mainland are truly unique.

A survey of the hostel booking website Hostelworld.com has found at least one thing a person can buy in each European country for just one dollar.

In order to ensure that each purchase reflects the country, the website has asked Facebook users to help out with a few bargain suggestions from their home countries.
