Experts warn that many regions in Greece will become unfit for viticulture by 2050 due to climate change. Indeed, if the climate crisis worsens by the end of the century, few vineyards will remain, primarily in higher-altitude locations.

The climate change, as in the rest of the world, is taking a heavy toll on Türkiye as extreme weather events in the country are on the rise, an expert has warned, while stressing that cities should stay prepared to face sudden events such as flash floods in the coming years.

In some places, the precipitation will be intense and significant in quantity, there are conditions for hail. In Eastern Bulgaria, it will only rain and thunder in some areas, there will be more sunny hours there. A light to moderate wind will blow along the Black Sea from the east-northeast.

The maximum temperatures today will be in the interval from 23°C to 28°C, and there will be once again rain and thunder in the mountainous regions of Western Bulgaria. In the rest of the country it will be sunny with weak to moderate east wind.

The minimum temperatures today will be between 11°C and 15°C, along the Black Sea - up to 17-18°C, and the maximum - from 23°C to 28°C, in Sofia - around 23°C. The wind will be weak, in the eastern regions - to moderate easterly breeze. Sunny weather will prevail.
