World temperatures could rise 15 percent more than expected this century, obliging governments to make deeper cuts in greenhouse gas emissions to limit global warming, scientists said on Dec. 6.

 It will be mostly sunny today. There will be moderate wind from west-northwest which will weaken in the evening.

Maximum temperatures will range between 8°C and 13°C, in Sofia around 9°C, the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (NIMH) told FOCUS News Agency.

Rainfall is unlikely, though. There will be moderate to strong wind from west-northwest. Day temperatures will increase, with maximum ones ranging between 5°C and 10°C, in Sofia around 5°C.

The wind from northwest will strengthen today, bringing additional cold air to Bulgaria.

The clouds will temporarily increase and light snow will fall in some areas of the high fields of Western Bulgaria and the Pre-Balkan region.

BELGRADE - Serbian Justice Minister Nela Kuburovic said Friday there were no official reports criticising Serbia for failing to fulfil obligations from the action plan on negotiation chapter 23, and added that the latest European Commission (EC) report had taken note of progress made in this area.
