Dead fetus found under Doctors Without Borders building

A sewage worker located a dead fetus via camera while working under a building owned by the Doctors Without Borders organization, police said on Monday.

The Doctors Without Border building is located on Solonos Street 140, in central Athens' Exarchia area, and police have launched an investigation into the matter.

Police officers with automatic rifles will once again be deployed in the center of Burgas. Violence breaks out at universities in Athens and Thessaloniki

Violent clashes erupted at the Agricultural University of Athens in the Votanikos district in the first hours of Sunday, resulting in the torching of two buses and a car.

According to state-run broadcaster ERT, around 1:00 a.m., 40 individuals attending a concert at the university took to Athens Avenue, setting fires and hurling stones at passing vehicles.

Man arrested for sending threatening messages to TV station

A 31-year-old man was arrested in Corfu on Saturday for sending threatening electronic messages to a nationwide TV station on Friday night, the police said.

Police said the man had sent an email claiming there was a bomb at the premises of Mega TV station.

The suspect appeared before a prosecutor in Corfu who charged him with disturbing the peace and filing a false complaint.
