Saudi prince robbed of 250,000 euros in Paris carjacking
Kalashnikov-wielding robbers have attacked the motorcade of a Saudi prince in Paris, making off with 250,000 euros ($335,000) in cash and reportedly stealing "sensitive" documents, French police said Monday.
Serbia Road Death Suspect ‘Hiding in Turkey’
After almost a month of investigation, Serbian police have named a suspect in the killing of 21-year-old Luka Jovanovic, who was hit by a car on July 25 on Branko’s Bridge in Belgrade.
According to the police, surveillance camera footage showed that suspect Marko Milicev hit Jovanovic with his black Mini Countryman and then drove off.

Police investigate charred remains in Patra
Police in the western city of Patra were investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of an unidentified person whose charred remains were discovered in a vehicle in the area of Lefka on Sunday.
Early reports said firemen were called to douse a burning car parked on the corner of Asterionos and Evias streets.

Man Wanted by Interpol Arrested near Bulgaria's Tutrakan
Police in Tutrakan have arrested a 33-year-old sought by Interpol whose name is in the Schengen Information System (SIS)
Upon the arrest, the man nearly ran over the police officers who were trying to stop him, according to reports of the Bulgarian National Radio.
The 33-year-old man has a criminal record.

Police detail firebombed in central Athens
A police detail stationed in the central Athens neighborhood of Exarchia came under a hail of Motolov cocktails early on Saturday, authorities said.
A police announcement said that none of the officers were injured the attack with the homemade firebombs, which took place at around 3 a.m. on Ippocratous Street.

Police crackdown on street crime leads to 16 arrested in Athens
An ongoing police operation dubbed Theseus, aimed at cracking down on street crime in central Athens, led to 16 arrests being made on Saturday.
Police said 10 suspects were arrested on charges of illegal street trade, two on drugs-related charges, two for failing to present valid identity cards or visas, and two for copyright violations.
