Gov’t slams SYRIZA after criticism of Trump-Mitsotakis meeting

The conservative government has attacked SYRIZA opposition for criticizing Tuesday's meeting between Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and US President Donald Trump in Washington as a "fiasco."
"When the prime minister is fighting to defend the national interests, at a crucial timing, seriousness is needed," government sources said.

"If United States make a move, we will bomb Israel and Dubai"

'We are warning all American allies, who gave their bases to its terrorist army, that any territory that is the starting point of aggressive acts against Iran will be targeted,' Iranian National Guard said.
The Iranian Guard has also threatened to bomb Haifa in Israel and Dubai in the Emirates, the Daily Mail reported.

Greek minister to join 5-way meeting in Cairo focusing on Libya

Against the backdrop of unfolding events in Libya, the foreign ministers of Greece, Cyprus and Egypt, Nikos Dendias, Nikos Christodoulides and Sameh Shoukry respectively, will on Wednesday hold a trilateral summit in Cairo with the participation of their French and Italian counterparts Jean-Yves Le Drian and Luigi Di Maio. 

President Putin Arrived in Syria and Met with his Russian Counterpart Bashar al-Assad

Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived today on an unannounced preliminary visit to Syria, where he met with his Syrian counterpart, Bashar al-Assad, TASS and the Associated Press reported.

Bilateral negotiations took place between the Russian and Syrian delegations.
