"Death notice" for Serb minister in Kosovo government
BELGRADE -- Photographs showing "a death notice" written in Albanian for a Serb minister in the Kosovo government, Aleksandar Jablanovic, have appeared on the internet.
The mock notice reads as follows:
"All Brussels deal commitments must be implemented"
"All Brussels deal commitments must be implemented"
BELGRADE -- "All existing commitments" under the Brussels agreement will need to be implemented for chapter 35 in Serbia's EU talks to be opened, says Johannes Hahn.
The EU commissioner for regional policy told the Belgrade-based CorD Magazine that "although some good progress has been made, there is still more to be done."
Association process is marathon
BELGRADE - Latvian Ambassador Ivars Pundurs has expressed hope that during the current Latvian presidency of the EU, chapters will be opened in Serbia's accession negotiations with the EU in the first six months of 2015, noting that the accession process is not a sprint, but a marathon.

Female entrepreneurs break down prejudice
BELGRADE - The meeting on cooperation between female entrepreneurs from central Serbia and Kosovo-Metohija (KiM) began in Belgrade on Friday with the aim to encourage business cooperation and break down prejudice, Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Zorana Mihajlovic and Director of the Serbian government for KiM Marko Djuric said.

Senic: Russia important for issue of Kosovo's CE membership
BELGRADE - Member of the Serbian delegation in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) Aleksandar Senic said Thursday that further suspension of Russia's voting rights in this international body could weaken the position of Serbia regarding Kosovo's bid to join the Council of Europe (CE).
The 18-member Russian delegation is one the largest in the PACE.

The opposition Vetevendosje (Self Determination) movement announced another protest in Pristina after clashes this week between demonstrators and riot police that left 170 people injured.
