Albanian president to visit Serbia "unofficially"
Albanian President Ilir Meta will be in Serbia on December 3 and 4 on "an unofficial visit" to the Medvedja municipality.
The Beta agency is reporting on Thursday that it received confirmation of this from the local government in that southern town.

Meta will be staying at the Gejzer Hotel in Sijarinska Banja, and during his visit to Medvedja, he will meet with municipal councilors and municipal officials from the ethnic Albanian community.

First Deputy PM and Foreign Miister Ivica Dacic says that President of Bujanovac Municipality Jonuz Musliu should be "thanking God for not yet being arrested."

Serbia's First Albanian-Language Newspaper to Open
The news website Presheva Jone (Our Preshevo) will soon launch a newspaper in Albanian under the same name with a daily circulation of 1,000 copies, Serbian website Juzne vesti (Southern News) reported on Monday.

BELGRADE - A large arms cache en route to Macedonia - presumably intended for the infrastructures of the country's largest ethnic Albanian parties whose officials have taken part in armed conflicts in Macedonia and Kosovo-Metohija - has been seized by Serbia's Military Security Agency (VBA) in southern Serbia, Blic reports, quoting sources in the VBA.

Military Security Agency (VBA) of Serbia confiscated a large quantity of weapons in southern Serbia, which was supposed to be illegally transported to FYROM (Macedonia). It is assumed that it was for the party infrastructure of the largest Albanian parties whose officials participated in armed conflicts in Macedonia, writes Serbian daily "Blic", referring to the sources from VBA.
