Let us remind you that yesterday there was information that two cyclones are moving towards each other and will collide right over the Balkans.
As said, one cyclone is supposed to bring us showers even more abundant than the ones that are already hitting us. While the other brings even greater heat and fume.

Today in Western and Central Bulgaria there will be short-term rainfall accompanied by thunder. In some places, the precipitation will be intense and significant in quantity, there are conditions for hail. In Eastern Bulgaria, it will only rain and thunder in some areas, there will be more sunny hours there. A light to moderate wind will blow along the Black Sea from the east-northeast.

The minimum temperatures today will be between 11°C and 16°C, and the maximum - between 25°C and 30°C.

The minimum temperatures will be from 9°C to 17°C, and the maximum - between 23°C and 28°C, on the sea coast - from 20°C to 22°C.

May was uncharacteristically chilly this year and many part of the country experienced rain on half of the month's days, while short-term forecasts point to wet and cooler days in the first part of June as well.

Maximum temperatures will be between 22°C and 27°C, in Sofia - around 22°C.

Again, cumulus-rain clouds will develop in many places in Bulgaria and there will be precipitation and thunder. Hail is also expected. There will be almost no precipitation in the western and central regions of the Danube Plain. A light wind will blow from the east-northeast.

Higher temperatures are coming soon in Greece, and with them the dreaded wildfire alerts. And, this year, the danger could be heightened because of low rain and snow coverage during the winter months.

Precipitation increased by 254 percent in April compared to 2022 and by 51 percent in the last 50 years, with most parts of the country experiencing humid weather rather than drought for the first time in a while, according to a report by the Turkish State Meteorological Service.

Also, as stated, thunder is possible.
RHMZ stated that until the end of the month, changeable cloudy and unstable weather is expected with occasional showers and thunderstorms, which may locally be expressed by a large amount of precipitation.
For this reason, the RHMZ has activated a yellow weather alarm that is valid for the territory of the entire country.

The temperature is expected to reach more than 30 degrees in some parts of the country, with some occurrence of sudden rain showers, the Turkish State Meteorological Services has announced.
