Trump: Boris Johnson Is the Right Person for Brexit
During the talks in Biarritz between the G-7 countries, Donald Trump met with Boris Johnson and said he was the right person for Brexit, AFP reported.
Asked what advice he can give for Brexit, the US president said the British prime minister "needs no advice, he is the right person for the job."

The White House released a statement late last night stating that on July 26, US President Donald Trump had been talking to the newly elected British prime minister, Boris Johnson. The two sides agreed to strengthen bilateral economic relations after Brexit.
According to White House reports, this is the first official conversation between the two since Johnson took over the new post.

British Prime Minister Theresa May resigned today. At 19:00 Bulgarian time the race for the leadership position of the Conservatives officially begins.
13 are the candidates for May's successor, and the procedure for choosing a new conservative leader will continue until the last week of July.
The new party leader will become Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.
