British police said today that they now believe all 39 people who were found dead in the truck discovered in Essex last week are Vietnamese, Reuters reported.

"At this time, we believe the victims are Vietnamese nationals, and we are in contact with the Vietnamese government," Essex police Assistant Chief Constable Tim Smith said on Twitter.

Another Vietnamese citizen is feared among 39 people found dead in a truck in Britain this week, after his father told AFP on Oct. 26 he received a chilling call to say his son died en route to the U.K..    

The government is engaged in a "systematic operation to cover up" last month's devastating fires in Attica by failing to publish the names of the victims, the main opposition party said on Monday.
