International court issues war crimes warrant for Putin
The International Criminal Court said on March 17 that it has issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin for war crimes, accusing him of personal responsibility for the abductions of children from Ukraine.
It was the first time the global court has issued a warrant against a leader of one of the five permanent members of the U.N. Security Council.

The International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague has issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin, the tribunal said in a press release.
Putin meeting with Syria's Assad begins in Moscow: state TV
Russian President Vladimir Putin and Syrian leader Bashar al-Assad began talks in Moscow Wednesday.
"Dear Mr President, I am very glad to see you in Moscow. Thank you for accepting our invitation," Putin told Assad at the start of their meeting broadcast by state TV. "We are in constant contact and our relations are developing."

An international movement of Russophiles will be established on March 14 in Moscow, and the initiative has been headed for many years by Nikolay Malinov, head of the Bulgarian National Movement "Russophiles".
Peskov: NATO is directly involved
"This is proven by the alliance bullet, which was removed from the body of the boy Fyodor, who was injured in the recent terrorist attack in the Bryansk region," the Kremlin spokesman said.
