40% of the Deaths in Bulgaria could have been Prevented

Little more than 40 percent of the deaths in Bulgaria could have been prevented in the presence of optimal health care and they would not have happened if there was an efficient health system and quality medical services and technologies, according to Eurostat data analysis.
