Pristina confirms PM won't take part in Brussels talks
Kosovo Prime Minister Mustafa will not participate in a meeting scheduled for late January in Brussels within Belgrade-Pristina dialogue at the highest level.
This was announced by Mustafa's adviser and deputy minister of local government, Bajram Gecaj.

Albanian Activists Accuse Kosovo Police of Abuse
The Albanian citizens who tried to join the opposition rally in Pristina on January 9 have written a letter of protest to the Kosovo embassy in Tirana and made an official complaint to the Albanian police alleging that they were assaulted and turned back at the Vermica border crossing.

Kosovo-Serbia Border 'Will Be Raised in Brussels'
Kosovo's Minister for Dialogue, Edita Tahiri, told BIRN Pristina "plans to discuss the border demarcation between the two states, Kosovo and Serbia, in 2016".
The next round of EU-brokered talks between Belgrade and Pristina are due to begin in Brussels on January 27.

Kosovo PM "to snub next round of dialogue" - report
Kosovo Prime Minister Isa Mustafa "will not to to Brussels on January 27 for a meeting with Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic."
This was reported on Wednesday by Pristina-based Albanian language daily, and carried by Beta news agency.

Pristina "to get nothing until it honors agreement"
Marko Djuric says Pristina "should not expect to be given what it wants" by Belgrade before it honors the agreement on telecommunications.
"Pristina has not done that, and until it does, that will not be possible, do not expect us to give them what they want without getting what we should get," the director of the Serbian government's Office for Kosovo told RTS.
