FM urges establishment of special court and ZSO
Serbian FM Ivica Dacic has stressed that the formation of a community of Serb municipalities (ZSO) is "a core issue for Belgrade" in the Kosovo talks.
Belgrade also "expects Pristina to adopt a decision on the setting up of a special court (for war crimes) as soon as possible."

Kosovo: Bus carrying students attacked with stones
A bus carrying Pristina University students came under attack late on Thursday in Konculj, near the administrative line between Kosovo and central Serbia.
The Belgrade-based daily Blic is reporting that none of the 25 students of the university that operates within the Serbian system sustained any injuries.

"Talks constructive, statements not helpful"
Serbian Government's Office for Kosovo Director Marko Djuric said in Brussels Wednesday that the talks with a Pristina delegation went "in a positive spirit."
But he added that "press statements made by the other party were not helpful when it came to building mutual trust."

NEW YORK -- UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has welcomed the resumption of the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue and the agreement on the judiciary.
He at the same time noted that establishment of the community of Serb municipalities in Kosovo is one of the crucial outstanding issues.

PRISTINA -- A helicopter of the EU mission in Kosovo crashed at Pristina airport on Tuesday, leaving several people injured, a NATO spokesperson has told Reuters.
"An EULEX helicopter crashed at Pristina airport... There are some injuries and we are checking," he said.

Rama was to visit Skopje and Tetovo, the website Albeu said on Tuesday, quoting sources from the Albanian Foreign Ministry.
