Kosovo Serbs Back Appeal for Church Fund
Dragisa Murganic, secretary of the Red Cross in Kosovo, told BIRN that they backed an appeal for Serbs in Kosovo to donate part of their income to the Serbian Orthodox Church's Diocese of Raska and Prizren.
"It is a good proposal. Everything that's in the interest of the people of Kosovo is welcome. We need to express a lot more solidarity in these difficult times," Murganic said.

B92 Fund, Mineco donate to seminary in Kosovo
The Mineco company and the B92 Fund have provided equipment for the computer lab of the Serbian Orthodox Seminary in Prizren, a town in Kosovo.
The donation is worth RSD 1.4 million, and aimed at helping improve the study and work environment of the students.

Kosovo Gunmen Arrested Near Serb Monastery
Kosovo police were investigating on Monday after the four armed suspects were detained near the monastery near the town of Decan/Decani in western Kosovo on Saturday night.
Police said they were following the suspects' vehicle for some time and after searching it, they found an AK assault rifle, a pistol and some ammunition.

16 kilos of marijuana seized at administrative crossing
More than 16 kilograms of marijuana were seized on Thursday at the Merdare administrative crossing between Kosovo and central Serbia.
The drugs were hidden aboard a bus registered in Kosovo and traveling from Prizren to Belgrade.
