BELGRADE - The procurements for recovery from floods were transparent, Transparency Serbia NGO released on Friday based on inspection of 77 procedures and analysis of 45 procurements conducted in keeping with the Law on Recovery of Flood Affected Areas in the Republic of Serbia adopted in July 2014.

Bulgarian Watchdog Reports 103 Flawed Public Procurement Deals in Q3, 2014
Bulgaria's Public Financial Inspection Agency (PFIA) has detected 103 flawed public procurement deals in 173 probes in the third quarter of 2014.
The flawed public procurement deals are worth over BGN 25.6 M and have caused damages worth over BGN 101 294, according to reports of PFIA.
