The Republika Srpska parliament, a Bosnian Serb-dominated part of Bosnia and Herzegovina, is preparing to discuss a declaration that has exacerbated tensions in the country and heightened fears of disintegration and has brought back memories of ethnic violence a quarter of a century ago.

Vui and Schmidt met at the "Mir" villa, and it is expected that the two officials will discuss the situation in Bosnia-Herzegovina and overcoming the crisis that arose after the BiH Parliament adopted the Law on Ban of Genocide Denial, after which the representatives of Republika Srpska decided not to participate in the work of joint institutions.

Vučić: "It would be disastrous. That will not happen"
As a reminder, Dzaferovic called on the High Representative in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Christian Schmidt, to raise the issue of removing the Serbian member Milorad Dodik. President of Serbia pointed out that that would be a dangerous precedent.

Serbia Aims to Scrutinise Bosnia’s International Overseer
Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said on Wednesday that from now on, Belgrade wants to see regular reports from the High Representative, the official tasked with overseeing the implementation of the 1995 Dayton peace deal that ended the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Vučić: "If Kurti doesn't like it, he can try to do something. I wouldn't advise him"
The delegation from Banja Luka is led by the Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Milorad Dodik, and the President of the Republic of Srpska, Zeljka Cvijanovic.
The meeting was held in the building of the General Secretariat of the President of the Republic of Serbia.
