Nationalist Alliance Patriotic Front to Keep Supporting Bulgaria's Government

Nationalist formation the Patriotic Front (PF) has made clear that it will continue to back the government.

Velari Simeonov, Co-Chair of PF, announced at a press conference in Parliament that the coalition was pleased with the developments on five of the seven points PF had brought up one month ago in their ultimatum to the government.

Roma people in the Bulgarian village of Garmen have not yet started to remove buildings erected illegally in the Kremikovtsi neighborhood,  officials say.

According to the Ministry of Regional Development, all buildings have remained intact since mid-May when tensions started to build up in the southwestern Bulgarian village.

Bulgarian Village Hosts Fifth Edition of Meadows in Mountains Festival

Nearly a thousand foreigners, mainly British citizens, flocked to the Bulgarian village of Polkovnik Serafimovo for the fifth edition of the Meadows in the Mountains festival, which began on Friday.

For the fifth year in a row, a whole festival town was built on the meadows above the village, which is located in the municipality of Smolyan.
