Second curfew declared in Turkey's Cizre
A second curfew has been declared in the Cizre district of the southeastern province of ??rnak amid operations to apprehend members of the "terrorist organization," the ??rnak Governor's Office has stated.
The latest curfew comes less than 48 hours since the controversial last curfew ended.

Bulgaria to Rule on Technomarket CEO's Extradition to Italy
A Bulgarian Court is to rule on Monday whether to extradite Nikolay Kitov, a Bulgarian entrepreneur whom Italian authorities suspect of involvement in a tax fraud scheme.
Kitov was detained by Bulgarian authorities who acted in compliance with a European Arrest Warrant.
Just a few days after his detention, however, he was released on bail.

Sofia Appellate Court Upholds Judge Chenalova's Release on Bail
The Sofia Appellate Court upheld on Thursday the verdict of the Sofia City Court, which had ruled to release Judge Rumyana Chenalova on bail.
The Appellate Court dismissed the request of the Prosecutor's Office to return Chenalova back to custody, daily Dnevnik reports.
Ex Svilengrad Customs Office Chief Released on Bail
The Plovdiv Appellate Court has released the former Director of the Svilengrad Customs Office Todor Karaivanov, Todor Karaivanov, on a bail of BGN 5000.
Karaivanov was arrested on January 28 in an operation of the State Agency for National Security (DANS).
He was receiving a bribe of EUR 600 at the moment of arrest. Earlier the same day, he had received a bribe of BGN 600.
