Govt adopts decree on Covid certificate checks
Ljubljana – The government has adopted a decree setting down the method of checking compliance with the recovered-vaccinated-tested rule. Under a decision made at a correspondence session on Wednesday, the user scanning the Covid certificate QR code using a relevant app will have access to the certificate holder’s name and year of birth.

New Covid certificate scanning app available as of Friday
Ljubljana – The National Institute for Public Health (NIJZ) has announced that a new anonymous mobile app for checking the validity of EU digital Covid certificates is available to event organisers and service provider as of Friday.
EU Digital COVID Certificate to become available for download in Romania on July 1
The European Union Digital COVID Certificate will become available for download in Romania on July 1 on certificat-covid.gov.ro, senior official with Romania's Health Ministry Andrei Baciu told AGERPRES on Monday. Baciu added that those who do not have access to the internet will be able to obtain the certificate with the aid of their family physicians or the public health directorates.
European Commission Greenlights Digital Green Certificate for Safe Free Movement inside EU
The Commission tabled on Wednesday a regulation on a digital green certificate, a "temporary" measure supposed to facilitate safe free movement inside the EU during the Covid-19 pandemic. It will verify that a person has been vaccinated against Covid-19, received a negative test result or recovered from the virus infection.
Bulgaria: On March 1 Restaurants Reopen but Citizens Should Be Wary of Virus Hazard
On March 1, restaurants and entertainment venues reopen for customers. By order of Bulgaria's Minster of Health, the dining establishments are required to work at no more than half their seating capacity, with no more than six customers per table.
Meanwhile, the staff is required to wear face masks. The restaurants are allowed to work until 11.00 pm.
