Successful companies live up to Greek concept of "philotimo", according to a recently published article in the Harvard Business Review.

The article's author credited the Washington Oxi Day Foundation's "philotimo" video for its inspiration.

The Bulgarian Medical Union has launched a national sociological survey among doctors, which is the first of its kind in decades. The survey is anonymous and includes 21 questions.

It will be done through a telephone survey, among 1,000 doctors from all over the country and from all parts of the health system, the professional organization announced.

Almost nine out of 10 households have internet access in 2019, a Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) survey showed on Aug. 27.    

It usually takes companies in Greece more than a month to find the right candidate for a job, a period that often stretches to over three months, according to a survey by Adecco Greece.

A survey commissioned by the GSEE umbrella union and published on Tuesday shows that 70 percent of workers in Greece aged 25 to 44 years old are pessimistic about the country's prospects and 66 percent have few hopes of seeing any improvement in their salaries in the next six months.
