Direct flights resume from Belgrade to Tehran
BELGRADE - Direct flights from Belgrade to Tehran resumed on Tuesday after nearly three decades.
Serbian Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications Rasim Ljajic said the flights, operated by Iran Air, were the best indicator of Serbia's preparations for the arrival of Iranian tourists.

Iran Air to resume flights to Belgrade after 27 years
BELGRADE - An Iran Air flight will land in Belgrade on Saturday, marking the resumption of direct flights from Tehran to Belgrade after 27 years, the Serbian Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications said in a statement on Friday.
Serbia and Turkey to sign new free trade agreement
A new bilateral free trade agreement will be signed by Serbia and Turkey on January 30, Beta is reporting.
The deal will be inked by Serbian Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications Rasim Ljajic and Turkish Minister of Economy Nihad Zeibekch, along with another, aimed at "boosting and protecting investments."

Turkey has set aside around 500 million euros to finance infrastructure projects in Serbia. Currently, "a model for this funding is being sought," Tanjug reported on Friday.
Government sets up National Council for Tourism Development
The government passed on Thursday the decision to set up the National Council for Tourism Development of the Republic of Serbia.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications Rasim Ljajic has been appointed as the Council's chairperson.
