Six New Industrial Zones to Be Established in Burgas

Six new industrial zones will be established in the next two years in Burgas - "Meden Rudnik", Dolno Ezerovo, Ravnets, Ninth kilometer, Cherno more and expansion of the North industrial zone, Dimitar Nikolov announced.

The procedures for lands alienation, change of their purpose and their separation into plots for business and industry have already been completed.

2-year-old boy Disappeared near Ravnets, Searching Continued all the Night with Thermal Cameras

A 2-year-old child is being searched by local residents from the village of Ravnets, police and gendarmerie. So far, there is no sign of it, the mayor of the settlement Hristo Kolev told Darik. Three people have died after torrential rains on 24th of October triggered floodings in the South-East Bulgarian district of Burgas. An elderly person from the village of Polski izvor has drowned. The surge from the downpouring rain flooded the first floor of his house while he was asleep and could not get out.

Bulgarian Govt Grants BGN 9.3 M More for MiG-29 Aircraft

At its last meeting, the Borisov 2 cabinet allocated additional funding for the MiG-29 fighter aircraft. The Defence Ministry received an additional BGN 9.3 M.

The former soldier barracks in Aytos become the property of the local authorities. The airport in Ravnets, which is no longer needed by the Ministry of Defence, is transferred to Burgas municipality.

The lice-trading ring was found after medical staff were gobsmacked to see lice returning to the heads of children despite having been eradicated the day before. In fact that lice epidemic at the village of Ravnets caused medical staff to think that they were dealing with super lice.
