Tenants continue living in crooked apartment building in industrial Istanbul suburb
Tenants of an apartment building, which was bent like a vulgar Tower of Pisa due to the construction of another building on adjacent property, are continuing to live there despite the risks of the total collapse of the structure.
The four-story building in Istanbulâs industrial eastern suburb of Gebze is being propped up by a crane by the contractors to prevent it from collapse.

Bulgaria's Real Estate Market Stabilizes
Sales of residential properties in the center of Sofia in Q1 2014 have doubled, compared to Q4 2013, shows data of the real estate company Adres.
More than 30% of the purchases were for over EUR 100 000 and around 20% of the buyers got the property for investment purposes.

Greek REIT said to seek $1.4 billion as foreign investors return
Pangaea REIC, the real estate investment trust owned by Invel Real Estate Partners and the National Bank of Greece SA, aims to raise about 1 billion euros ($1.4 billion) to invest in Greece and Italy, three people with knowledge of the matter said.
