Most of the Tall Buildings Are in "Mladost" District

Most of the tall buildings in the capital are in the Mladost district, according to the data of the municipal company "Sofproekt-OGP".
There is the tallest building in Bulgaria, the 126-meter building of the Capital Fort, again the future high-rising leader, the 202-meter Skay Fort skyscraper.

Krasno Selo "," Vazrazhdane "and" Lyulin " are also in the foreground.

Smart Park earns distinction at ICSC European Shopping Center Awards

Smart Park, the shopping complex constructed by REDS, has received a distinction in the "Renovation & Expansion" category of the ICSC European Shopping Center Awards 2019.
REDS is currently proceeding with the second stage of the Spata-based mall's development, expected to be completed this fall.

With More Than 11% More Residential Buildings Were Put Into Operation by March

According to preliminary data of the National Statistical Institute in the first quarter of 2019 the number of newly built residential buildings was 635 and the newly built dwellings in them were 2 453, reported the National Statistical Institute (NSI).

Under pressure from creditors, Greek gov't restricts borrower protection

Just two days after submitting legislation to Parliament outlining a new framework for the protection of overindebted borrowers from foreclosures, the government on Thursday submitted an amendment watering down that protection after coming under pressure from the country's international creditors. 

Tzanakopoulos says foreclosure protection bill satisfies creditors

Following strong disagreements with creditors over the level of protection from foreclosure of debtors' primary residence, government spokesman Dimitris Tzanakopoulos outlined the elements of the bill finally tabled by the government in Parliament on 26 March.

He said the draft legislation will come to a vote within the week.

Objective values to raise prices in 2,000 areas

The Finance Ministry is planning to include an additional 2,000 districts across the country in the system of taxable property rates known as objective values.

Sources say that the whole of Greece will have been included in the system by the end of the first quarter of 2020, which means a total of some 7,500 districts will be incorporated.
