Bulgarian Black Sea Town Chernomorets Holds Referendum on Name Change
The Bulgarian Black Sea town of Chernomorets is holding a local referendum on changing its name.
The question on the ballot papers is "Would you like the town of Chernomorets to restore its old name of Sveti Nikola?".
Polling stations opened at 6 am on Sunday and are to close at 7 pm, according to reports of Sega daily.

BELGRADE -- The Serbian Orthodox Church (SPC) Holy Synod presented on Thursday Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko with the medal of St. Sava.
Patriarch Irinej said during the ceremony that Serbia would never forget the support Belarus had provided regarding Kosovo.

Zilkic: Solution to problem in Islamic Community to be found
NOVI PAZAR - Serbian Minister of Justice Nikola Selakovic met with a delegation of the Islamic Community of Serbia and promised support to addressing the difficulties, which are affecting not only the Community but also the entire society, in a non-violent and legal manner, the office of Reis-ul-Ulema Adem Zilkic released in a statement on Thursday.

BELGRADE - The Serbian Orthodox Church (SPC) Holy Synod of Bishops presented on Thursday Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko with the medal of St Sava, while Patriarch Irinej said Serbia would never forget the support Belarus had provided regarding Kosovo.
Irinej presented Lukashenko with the medal, the SPC stated.
