Russia blamed Armenia for the Failure of Nagorno-Karabakh Talks
Russia has blamed Armenia for the collapse of peace talks with Azerbaijan over the disputed Nagorno-Karabakh region, which are being conducted under its auspices.
This is another sign of friction between the allies Moscow and Yerevan, writes "Reuters".

He invited all the leaders of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) to come to St. Petersburg before 2023.

Azerbaijan and Armenia Renewed Fighting over Nagorno-Karabakh
Another escalation between Azerbaijan and Armenia in the disputed Nagorno-Karabakh region. The fighting was again renewed. According to Yerevan, Azerbaijani troops attacked Armenian positions in three places with artillery and heavy weapons.
However, Azerbaijan's Defense Ministry said the fighting was sparked by a large-scale Armenian sabotage attempt.
