Vucic: West wants recognition of so-called Kosovo, sanctions on Russia, puppet regime in Belgrade

BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said at the weekend Western powers expected three things from Serbia: a recognition of so-called Kosovo, sanctions on Russia and a puppet regime in Belgrade.

Addressing the nation from the Presidency of Serbia on Saturday, Vucic said the first demand included giving up on Republika Srpska.

BANJALUKA - Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik said on Friday in Banjaluka that, under an agreement on special and parallel ties, Republika Srpska and Serbia maintained the best possible relations and that making them even more substantial and carrying out more joint projects was a common goal.

Vucic receives US ambassadors to Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina

BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic received the US ambassadors to Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, Christopher Hill and Michael Murphy, in Belgrade on Wednesday.

After the meeting, Vucic said he had had an open and substantial discussion with the ambassadors on all significant regional issues.

Dodik: We will consider independence unless property issue is resolved

BELGRADE - Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik said on Friday in Belgrade Republika Srpska would be forced to consider, in the most serious manner, taking a decision on independence and secession unless property-related and other issues defined by the Bosnia and Herzegovina constitution were resolved.
