Bosnian Serb Truckers Block Border Crossings
Dozens of truck drivers from Bosnia's Serb-dominated entity of Republika Srpska lined up vehicles and blocked border crossings and customs posts near the towns of Gradiska, Samac, Bijeljina and Zvornik, in the north and east of the country, in a protest against new licensing regulations.

In-fighting Delays Formation of Bosnia Govts
After numerous procedural difficulties, Bosnia's Central Election Commission, CIK, has finalized the appointment of delegates to the House of Peoples, one of two chambers of parliament in the Federation entity, commission officials told Balkan Insight.
Final certification is expected on Thursday after the CIK reviews the appeals it received on Wednesday afternoon.

Dodik calls on Muslims to rally against terrorism

BELGRADE - Serbia's Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic and Republika Srpska (RS) President Milorad Dodik have met to discuss improvements to the relations between Serbia and RS and stressed that the region's stability was crucial to both sides.
Serbia wants the best possible relations in the region, Vucic told the joint news conference after the meeting on Tuesday.

BELGRADE - Serbia believes that Bosnia-Herzegovina (BiH) should be on the EU path, and will back BiH along that road, Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic said on Tuesday, adding that it would have been good if President of Republika Srpska (RS) Milorad Dodik had been consulted concerning the recent joint statement by the BiH Presidency relating to the country's EU aspirations.
