SREBRENICA -- A memorial service and wreath-laying ceremony was held over the weekend in the village of Zalužje near Srebrenica, in Bosnia's Serb entity, the RS.
The ceremony marked the anniversary of a massacre of Serb civilians and soldiers by Bosnian Muslim forces on July 12, 1992.

Patriarch Irinej delivers medals to Dodik and Kusturica
ANDRICGRAD - The Holy Synod of the Serbian Orthodox Church (SPC) delivered the Order of Holy King Milutin to Republika Srpska (RS) President Milorad Dodik and Andricgrad mastermind Emir Kusturica.
Patriarch Irinej of SPC said in Andricgrad on Saturday that the medal was awarded to Dodik and Kusturica at the proposal of Bishop Grigorije of Zahumlje-Herzegovina and the Littoral.
